Mental Health Therapists That Understand Where You Are Coming From

At The BGH Clinic, we provide mental health care that is community-based, personalized, and focused on the whole person. Our services are designed especially for women and girls who need additional wrap-around and psychosocial support—helping them strengthen areas of daily functioning, build resilience, and recover in ways that honor their individual journeys.

We combine medication management, individual therapy, and group therapy with psychosocial rehabilitation to address not only symptoms, but also the underlying emotional and mental challenges clients face. By supporting what happens internally—mentally, emotionally, and socially—we help clients regain stability, restore confidence, and create pathways toward long-term well-being.

At The BGH Clinic, care is never one-size-fits-all. Every treatment plan is tailored, every voice is valued, and every step forward is celebrated. The BGH Clinic is a service provided by the Bringing Good Health Foundation, Inc. BGHF is a non-profit 501c3 that creates pathways to improve the health of women and girls through education, engagement, and empowerment.
